| 摘 要： | 中国石油化工股纷有限公司上海高桥分公司3号蒸馏装置于2002年进行扩能改造,按加工卡宾达、利比亚和阿曼三种原油混合油(掺炼比为5:2:3)设计,未考虑酸值的影响。考虑到加工原油品种和性质的变化,装置安装了腐蚀速率在线监测系统,该装置于2004年3月停工捡修。文章对装置运行中诸如常顶膨胀节泄漏、常顶空冷管束泄漏等重大腐蚀事例以及在线腐蚀监测情况进行了介绍和分析,同时提出了改进建议。

| Abstract: | The No. 3 atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company was revamped for capacity expansion in 2002 to process Cabinda Crude, Libyan Crude and Oman crude at a ratio of 5:2:3 without consideration of impact of acidic value. As the crude varieties and properties have changed, the online corrosion rate monitoring system has been installed. The major corrosion incidents like leaks in the overhead expansion joints and overhead air coolers of atmospheric column and online corrosion monitoring are described analyzed, and improvement measures have been suggested. |
