| 摘 要： | 以某教学楼为例,介绍了建筑物的各种裂缝形态,从地基不均匀沉降、温度应力两方面分析了建筑物设计及施工引起裂缝的原因,并提出了相应的治理措施,以保证建筑物的使用功能及安全性要求。

| Abstract: | Taking one teaching building as example various kinds of cracks of buildings are introduced.From two aspects: uneven settlement of foundation and temperature stress reasons caused the cracks in design and construction are analyzed;at the same time corresponding treatment measures are proposed in order to meet safety requirements of buildings. |
