| 摘 要： | 目的探讨隐匿性乳腺癌(OBC)的诊断与治疗经验。方法回顾性分析13例隐匿性乳腺癌的诊断与治疗方法。结果 10例腋窝肿块免疫组化,7例雌激素受体(ER);病理切片淋巴结转移性腺癌。乳腺癌根治或改良根治术后标本全乳房多次连续病理切片,3例未见原发灶,10例找到直径0.15 cm～0.90 cm肿瘤。5 a生存率46.15%。结论腋窝淋巴结活检、免疫组化分析及MRI检查对隐匿性乳腺癌的诊断具有重要意义,治疗首选改良根治术并辅以化疗、放疗及内分泌治疗等综合治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of occult breast cancer.Methods 13 cases of OBC were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients had biopsy proven adenocarcinoma consistent with breast primary.All patients received radical or modified radical mastectomy.ER positive case was 7 in total 10 patients who receipted immunohistochemical analysis.Conclusions Axillary lymph node biopsy,immunohistochemical analysis and breast magnetic resonance imaging played important roles in the diagnosis of OBC.Modified radical mastectomy combined with chemotherapy,radiotherapy and endocrine therapy would be preferred. |
