32株婴幼儿血培养分离鉴定嗜麦芽假单胞菌的药敏分析

摘    要:目的:回顾性对32株婴幼儿血培养分离鉴定嗜麦芽假单胞菌的药敏分析,为婴幼儿诊治提供科学依据。方法:①采用美国BD原装培养瓶及BD9050全自动血培养仪,进行血培养。②采用美国德灵公司生产的NC21阴性药敏复合板相关配套试剂及德灵M icrosan antoscn 4细菌自动鉴定药敏分析仪。判断结果按美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)制定标准进行。结果:①32株嗜麦芽假单胞菌对18种抗生素最敏感的是复方新诺明,敏感率达93.7%,其次是环丙氟哌酸87.5%,丁胺卡那霉素50%,其它15种抗生素耐药率达59.4~100%。②2天~11月年龄组,婴幼儿嗜麦芽假单胞菌感染率达65.6%,其它组随年龄增长感染率下降。结论:婴幼儿患儿免疫功能低下,应密切关注嗜麦芽假单胞菌感染的发生。对这弱体保健工作应引起全社会的关注。

Abstract:Objective:To provide the scientific evidence for the diagnosis and therapy of infant using the retrospective analysis for 32 Stenotrophomonas maltophilia strains isolated from blood culture of infant blood samples.Methods:Infant blood samples were cultured using the bottle produced by BD company and automated blood culture instrument of BD9050;and the NC21 negative drug sensitive test plate and its related reagents from Dade company,and the drug resistance test analysis from Microscan ahtosch4,the results were obtained according to the NCCLS standard.Results:Among 18 anti-biotin analyzed for the drug resistance test of 32 Stenotrophomonas maltophilia strains,Trimethoprim/Sulfamathoxazole was the most sensitive one;the drug sensitive rate of Trimethoprim/Sulfamathoxazole,Ciprofloxacin and Amicakin was 93.6%,87.5% and 50.0%,respectively.The drug resistance rate of the other 15 anti-biotins was 59.4%~100.0%.The infection rate of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in the age group of 2~11 month infant reached up to 65.6%,whereas that of the other groups decreased with the age increasement.Conclusion:The infection of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and infant health should been paid attention due to the weak immunity function of infant.
