| 摘 要： | 全世界有5亿多人口感染一个或几个不同的肝炎病毒。慢性乙型肝炎和丙型肝炎患者的治疗选择仍然是有限的。短发夹状RNA(shRNA)干扰为抗病毒的治疗提供了新途径,此文回顾目前shRNA干扰抗乙型、丙型肝炎病毒研究的有关进展,并讨论其临床应用前景。

| Abstract: | More than five hundred million people worldwide are infected with one or more different types of hepatitis virus. However, treatment options for these chronically infected patients are limited. RNA interference in HBV and HCV might be a promising way of antiviral therapy. Here, some important developments are reviewed. |
