变化温度保存血液再置于4℃继续保存的初步研究

目的探索变化温度保存血液后再置于4℃条件下继续保存的价值，为信息化军事斗争提供血液卫勤保障。方法采集10名健康献血者血液，制备悬浮红细胞并均匀分成3袋，分别标记为第1组、第2组、第3组，第1组置室外保存，第2组与第1组在相同条件下保存3d后再置于4℃条件继续保存，第3组血液直接置于4℃条件下保存，然后分别监测ATP、FHb,血K^＋等指标。结果SAGM悬浮红细胞可在变化温度条件下保存4d，再置于4℃条件继续保存可达7d，第3组血液可有效保存35d。结论血液在变化温度条件下，一定时间内可有效地保存，实现快速有效供应血液。

Preliminary Study on Reserving Blood by Changing Temperatures and then Reserving at 4℃ Continued

Objective To inquire into reserving blood by changing temperatures from 26℃～ 30℃,then put the blood into 4℃ ,make them reserved effectively at non-4℃ ,and provide safety blood for battles of information. Methods 10 healthy donors＇ whole blood were made as red blood cells, and divided into 3 groups; the first group were reserved at room temperature, the Second group were reserved at room for 3 days and reseated at 4℃ continued, the third group were reserved at 4℃. ATP,FHb and K^＋ were tested. Results Red blood cells of SAGM can be reserved at changing temperatures for 4 days,then reserved at 4℃ for 7 days, the last group can be reserved effectively for 35 days. Conclusion Red blood cells can be reserved effectively for several days at changing temperatures, and provide blood quickly and effectively.
