| 摘 要： | 目的]观察金刚藤胶囊联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号分为两组。400万单位青霉素+100mL生理盐水+0.1g左氧氟沙星,2次/d,静滴。对照组100例妇科千金片,1.92g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组100例金刚藤胶囊,1.5g/次,3次/d,口服。连续治疗40d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈60例,有效20例,无效20例,总有效率80.00%。对照组痊愈38例,有效18例,无效44例,总有效率56.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]金刚藤胶囊联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective ] To observe the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease Jingangteng capsule effect. Methods ] Random parallel control method, 200 cases of outpatient treatment order number into two groups 4 million units of penicillin ＋ 100 mL saline ＋ 0.1g evofloxacin, 2 times/d, static drops.. A control group of 100 patients Qianjinpian, 1.92g / time, 3 times / d, orally. Treated 100 cases Jingangteng capsules, 1.5g / time, 3 times / d, orally. 40d is a continuous course of treatment.
