| 摘 要： | 本文分析了32例恶性滋养层细胞肿瘤的病理及超声诊断资料,根据恶性滋养层细胞肿瘤的病理学特点,结合声像图所见分为3型:灶性强回声型;强弱混合回声型;弥漫浸润型。经病理证实,超声对恶性滋养层细胞肿瘤的诊断符合率为90.6％(29/32),并对恶性滋养层细胞肿瘤的超声诊断价值进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Malignant trophoblastric tumors 32 in number were analysed as to their histology and ultrasono- graphic manifestations. Based on the histological and ultrasonographic features it was found that the malignant tro- phoblastic tumors could be divided into three sonographic types: nodular type with intensive echo.uneven echo type and diffuse infiltrative type. The accuracy rate of ultrasonographic diagnosis of malignant trophoblastic tumors was 90. 6% (29/32). The ultrasonographic pattern can be used as a criterion in the choice of treatment of malignant trophoblastic tu- mor. |
