| 摘 要： | 目的 通过腹腔注射维生素D3与高脂饲料诱导相结合建立大鼠动脉粥样硬化（AS）模型，探讨非洛地平的抗动脉粥样硬化作用及其可能机制。方法30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组，每组10只，分别为：①正常组：正常饮食。②模型组：高脂饮食十腹腔注射维生素D3。③非洛地平组：高脂饮食十腹腔注射维生素D3十非洛地平（5mg／kg·d）。喂养6周后检测各组血清白细胞介素-8（Interleukin-8，IL．8）浓度，并进行比较。结果模型组和非洛地平组血清IL-8水平高于正常组，同时模型组IL-8水平亦高于非洛地平组。结论非洛地平抗动脉粥样硬化作用可能与其减少IL-8表达相关。本研究为提供了新的方向。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the protective effect of felodipine on experimental atheroselerosis in rats. Methods 30 male SD rats with experimental atheroselerosis were randomly divided into normal group, model group and felodipine group. At the end of 6 weeks, the level of IL-8（Interleukin-8）were detected. Results the level of IL-8 in model group and felodipine group were higher than that of normal group （P〈0.01） and model group was higher than that of felodipine group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Felodipine can attenuate the expression of IL-8 in experimental atheroselerosis. |
