基于SUMT算法的机车转向架调簧技术研究

摘    要:转向架调簧是改善机车轮重、轴重分配均匀性的有效方法.从分析转向架支承结构出发,通过建立一系弹簧高度调整计算模型,提出采用SUMT算法对转向架一系支承调整垫片厚度进行优化计算,实现机车轮重、轴重的均匀分布.对SS8型机车转向架仿真计算结果表明,这种算法收敛快、调簧精度高.

Abstract:Bogie spring adjustment is an effective method to improve the equality of locomotive's axle and wheel load on rail.The paper sets up a mathematical model for the primary spring load adjustment on the basis of bogie primary suspension structure analysis,introduces a method using SUMT to determine the optimal padding heights of the primary springs and achieves uniform distribution of locomotive's axle and wheel load.Computing result of simulation on SS8 locomotive's bogie shows that SUMT leads to fast computing and accurate result in the spring load adjustment.
