| 摘 要： | 目的了解南京市某高校大学生结核病知识水平和相关态度,为开展健康教育与健康促进工作提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取该高校1 347名大学生,采用自填问卷形式进行调查。结果该校大学生对8条结核病核心知识的总知晓率为54.4%。单一知识中,学生对"咳嗽咳痰2周以上,或有咯血、血痰症状者,应怀疑得了肺结核"的信息知晓率最低,只有28.8%。未达《全国结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》要求的2010年目标。结论应对大学生开展有针对性的健康教育和健康促进工作,普及结核病防治知识。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the related knowledge attitude and behaviors towards tuberculosis among students of a college in Nanjing,and to provide evidence for health education strategies.Methods A total of 1 347 students were chosen by cluster sampling and surveyed by a self-administered questionnaire about tuberculosis.Results The total awareness rate of 8 core information of tuberculosis was 54.4%.Specifically,awareness rate of the third information about the seemingly symptoms of tuberculosis including the "expectoration and cough for more than 2 weeks,or hemoptysis and hemosputum" was the lowest(28.8%).The awareness rate of this university on the knowledge on tuberculosis did not meet the objective in 2010 planed by nation.Conclusion Concerning this situation in the college,health education and health improvement should be developed according to the different majors,to disseminate the knowledge on prevention of tuberculosis. |
