筒体壁厚对传动滚筒应力应变的影响

摘    要:传动滚筒作为带式输送机的关键部件,其结构性能的好坏直接影响着带式输送机的可靠性和使用寿命。根据传动滚筒的结构类型、材料属性和工作载荷状况,利用Abaqus进行有限元分析,以1.4 m单端输入传动滚筒为例,进行了筒体壁厚对传动滚筒应力应变影响的研究。研究表明:当筒体壁厚为22~24 mm比较合理,与实际1.4 m单端传动滚筒筒体壁厚24 mm相吻合,有效地降低了滚筒自身重量,为传动滚筒的设计提供了有利的理论依据。

Abstract:Drive roller is a key component in belt conveyor.Its structural performance has serious impacts on the reliability and service life of conveyor.According to the structure types,material properties and loading of drive roller,completed finite element analysis by Abaqus.Taking 1.4 m drive roller for example,the stress and diaplacement for drive roller in belt conveyor were studied.The results showed that cylinder thickness controlled in general 22~24 mm is reasonable,which is coincided with cylinder thickness(24 mm)in 1.4m single input drive roller.It effectively decreases drive roller own weight and provides a favorable theoretical basis for drive roller design.
