石油焦煅烧回转窑内多场耦合数值仿真与操作参数的优化

摘    要:石油焦烧损严重是石油焦煅烧回转窑存在缺陷。为研究降低石油焦烧损的方法,应用计算流体力学软件,对窑内流场、温度场、浓度场、燃烧释热场进行耦合计算,并对二次风与三次风的位置与方向对窑内各种场的影响进行了研究。结果表明,改变二次风的位置与方向对煅烧带氧气浓度分布的影响较大,适当调整其位置,有利于降低该区域氧气浓度,减少石油焦的烧损;改变三次风的位置与方向,对挥发分的燃烧影响较大,其合理布置可加速挥发分的燃烧,降低能耗。

Abstract:The main problem for calcinating petroleum cokes in rotary kiln is the amount of petroleum coke lost because of combustion. In order to decrease or minimize this kind of combustion-caused loss of petroleum coke, computing simulation study of the flowing field, temperature field, concentration field and the heat release field with combustion in the rotary kiln was carried out by means of the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software. The influence of the direction and position of the secondary and tertiary airflow on above fields was also addressed. The results show that the direction and position of the secondary airflow have a more obvious influence on the oxygen concentration in the calcinating area. By changing their position properly, the oxygen concentration of the local area is lowered and the combusting loss of the petroleum coke is reduced. The direction and position of the tertiary airflow have a more significant effect on the combustion of the volatile matter and their reasonable position can accelerate the combustion of the volatiles and reduce the energy consumption.
