| 摘 要： | 缺血性中风是由于各种原因引起脑脉痹阻、脑髓神机失用的临床病证,其病因病机复杂多端,但"瘀阻脑络"为其病机关键,阴虚脉涩是缺血性中风的始动因素,因此本文试就阴虚致瘀为缺血性中风的重要病机进行探讨,以阐述滋阴活血法防治缺血性中风的重要性。

| Abstract: | Ischemic stroke is a clinical disease with complicated causes and pathogenesis,due to blood stasis blocking brain and disorder of spiritual mechanism caused by various reasons,however,the key of pathogenesis is blood stasis blocking brain,and its primary cause is yin deficiency with hesitant pulse.Thus,this paper tries to discuss the important pathogenesis of ischemic stroke from the perspective of stasis due to yin deficiency,in order to explain the importance of nourishing yin and activating blood for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke. |
