最小手术量治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的临床效果

目的探讨最小手术量治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的临床效果。方法回顾性分析采用双目间接检眼镜直视下无放液巩膜外加压联合冷凝术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离82例（82眼）的临床效果。结果一次手术治愈77只眼，占93．90％；经两次手术治愈3只眼，占3．66％，1只眼改为玻璃体切除、视网膜光凝和C3F8填充术治愈，1眼放弃。随访1年，最小手术量手术的总治愈率97．56％，无其它并发症。结论对于合适的孔源性视网膜脱离，应用最小量外眼手术治疗同样达到最大治疗效果。

Clinical efficacy of minimal scleral buckling for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimal amout of surgery for rhegmat- ogenous retinal detachment. Methods The medical records of 82 eyes of 82 cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were retrospectively analyzed who underwent minimal scleral buckling without drainage combined with cryocoagulation under binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy. Results There were 77 eyes （93.90%） cured by one surgery and 3 eyes （ 3.66% ） cured by two surgeries. Two cases failed, one of which was trea- ted by vitrectomy, retinal photocoagulation and C3 F8 tamponade, another one had given up treatment. Follow up was 1 year. The total cure rate was 97.56%. No other complications were observed. Conclusion Min- imal scleral buckling has good clinical efficacy in the management of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.
