基于稳定烧结终点的配碳调节技术研究

摘    要:在建立基于时间序列的烧结终点预报模型、以及采用主成分分析方法确定烧结过程配碳量表征因素的基础上,本文尝试建立了自适应的合理配碳量预报及调节操作指导模型,提前15min给出配碳调节的建议,以期稳定烧结终点。模型现场运行结果显示,其给出的配碳调节建议具有很好的可靠性和准确度。
