基于锁相混频原理的高精度激光外差 干涉信号的处理方法研究

摘    要:利用锁相环实现拍频转换,将高频干涉拍频信号降频至1.0 kHz,通过填脉冲式测相方法获得被测相位差.实验结果表明利用该方法在拍频转换后易于获得0.078°的高精度相位差,而且该方法具有实现电路简单、频率稳定性高和相位跟踪稳定的优点.

Abstract:A novel high2p recision heterodyne interference signal s processing met hod based on f requency mix2 ing wit h p hase locked loop (PLL) is proposed. This met hod employs t he PLL to realize t he conver sion of beat f requency signal , t he high2f requency beat f requency interference signal is t ransferred to a low - f re2 quency (1. 0 kHz) signal , and t he measured p hase shif t is achieved by filling p ul se. The experimental re2 sult s show t hat a high accuracy wit h a p hase shif t of 0. 078°is obtained and this met hod has t he advantages of simple elect ronic circuit , high f requency stability and stable p hase t racking.
