疏水选择性絮凝分离微细粒菱锰矿的机理探讨

摘    要:对选择性疏水絮凝浮选法分离微细粒菱锰矿、绿泥石、石英过程的机理进行了探讨,主要研究内容包括:捕收剂选择性地在菱锰矿微粒表面吸附,使之疏水化;表面吸附捕收剂而疏水化的菱锰矿微粒在搅拌下疏水絮凝;疏水絮团与气泡粘附实现浮选分离。

Abstract:A study is made for mechanism of selective flocculation floatation for separat-ing fine particle rhodochrosite, chlorite and quartz. The major items involved are as follows:selective adsorption of collectors on surfaces of rhodochrosite fines which become hydropho-bic as a result;hydrophobic flocculation of rhodochrosite fines whose surfaces adsorp collec-tors but with hydrophobicity under agitating;flocculation separation of hydrophobic flocsand foam adherence.
