摘    要:在硅铁炉加料装置的控制系统中,研发了一种基于嵌入式的无线便携式手持控制终端和无线网关。它可与工业现场的PLC等设备实现互联,实现数据检测,控制命令发送,数据格式转换等功能。解决了工业现场加料装置大范围移动带来的布线困难的问题,实现了加料装置的远程无线控制,增强了加料装置的可移动性和操作灵活性,从而确保了加料装置工作的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract:In control system of ferrosilicon furnace charging device, a wireless portable handheld control terminal is developed based on embedded control system and wireless gateway .It could be convenient , rapid, accurate to interconnect with industri-al equipment such as Programmable Logic Controller, and can realize data detection and control command to send, data format conversion, and other functions.The system solves the difficult problem of industrial field wiring that charging device move in a wide range, a charging device wireless remote control is achieved, and the mobility of charging device and flexibility of oper-ation are enhanced, thus the reliability and safety of the work charging device are ensured.
