中医疏肝和胃法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎体会

目的对比分析胆汁反流性胃炎患者采用疏肝和胃法进行治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年6月—2014年6月期间收入院的胆汁反流性胃炎患者共70例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者采用传统西医治疗,观察组患者则采用中医疏肝和胃法治疗,收集两组临床症状积分,对比分析两组临床疗效。结果治疗结束后观察组在临床治疗总有效率方面显著高于对照组(P0.05),差异显著。结论对于胆汁反流性胃炎患者来说,中医疏肝和胃法治疗能显著提高临床疗效,早期缓解临床症状,显著优于传统的西医治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Experience of TCM Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi for Regulating Stomach Therapy in the Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical curative effect of TCM dispersing stagnated liver qi for regulating stomach therapy in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis .Methods 70 cases of patients with bile reflux gastritis from June 2013 to June 2014 admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects .They were randomly divided into observation group and control group , and each group had 35 cases.The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine treatment .The observation group used TCM dispersing stagnated liver qi for regulating stomach therapy .The clinical symptoms were collected for symptoms integral , and the clinical curative effect was compared . Results After treatment, the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and there was significant difference .Conclusion TCM dispersing stagnated liver qi for regulating stomach therapy in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis can significantly improve the clinical curative effect , early relieve the clinical symptoms , and is superior to the traditional Western medicine .It is worthy of clinical popularization and application .
