| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺人迎穴对于脑椎-基底动脉血流速度的影响。方法将60例椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组于针刺前后分别进行TCD(经颅多普勒超声)检查,对前后结果比较分析。结果观察组及对照组在治疗后其椎-基底动脉血流速度较针刺前均有改善,治疗后两组比较,经统计学处理两组有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论针刺人迎穴对椎-基底动脉供血的改善有较明显的效果。

Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture Renying (ST9) on Improving the Intracranial Artery Blood Flow Velocity |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture Renying ( ST9) on improving cerebral vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity . Method 60 cases of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group . Before and after acupuncture , the two groups checked TCD ( Transcranial doppler ultrasound ) , and the results was comparatively analyzed . Results After treatment, vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity of the observation group and control group was improved , comparing with the two groups after treatment , and there was significant difference after statistics processing ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion The acupuncture Renying ( ST9) on the improvement of the vertebral-basilar artery blood supply has obvious effect . |
