摘    要:对 3DJ型注聚泵的结构分析表明 ,泵降解率偏高的主要原因 :一是泵的容积效率偏低 ,泵阀处流体存在回流现象 ;二是流体流道狭窄且流动过程中变向较多。为此 ,对泵阀做了如下改进 :一是在排出阀座上部增设 1道密封坡口 ,加 1道密封圈 ,防止高压泄漏 ;二是缩小泵阀过流面积且提高研磨技术要求 ;三是简化泵阀流道。试验表明 ,泵阀改进后 ,泵的容积效率可保持在90 %左右 ,降解率保持在 3%以下 ,单井年节约聚合物干粉价值 5 3万元以上

Abstract:The structural analysis of Model 3DJ polymer injection pump shows that, the main reasons for the higher degrading rate of the pump are: (1) the volume efficiency of the pump is on the low side, and the fluid circumfluence at the pump valve occurs; (2) the flow passage is narrow and the fluid flows in altering directions. Therefore the pump valve is modified as follows: (1) adding a sealing groove in the upper part of the discharge valve seat as well as a sealing ring to prevent leakage at high pressure; (2) decreasing the area of passage of the pump valve and improving the technical requirement of grinding; (3) simplifying the flow passage of the pump valve. Test shows that, after modification of the pump valve, the volume efficiency of the pump can be kept about 90% and the degrading rate below 3%, therefore polymer powder can be saved at a remarkable degree.
