便携式多导睡眠呼吸监测在成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊断中的应用

目的探讨便携式多导睡眠呼吸监测系统在成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)诊断中的价值。方法应用便携式多导睡眠呼吸监测系统对34例疑似OSAHS患者进行检测,并以多导睡眠监测作为对照,评价其诊断效率。结果两种监测方法在呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)、氧减指数(ODI)、最低血氧饱和度(LSpO2)、平均血氧饱和度(MSpO2)、记录长度(Duration)等参数之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),便携式多导睡眠监测的灵敏度为100%,特异度为75%,准确度为97.14%。结论便携式多导睡眠呼吸监测系统是一种简单、方便、灵敏的检测方法,对成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征具有临床诊断价值。

Application of portable sleep monitor to the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in adults

Objective To explore the application of portable sleep monitor(PM) to the diagnosis obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) in adults.Methods A PM system was applied to 34 adult patients with suspected OSAHS,and polysomnography(PSG) as the gold standard to evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of PM system.Results The differences of apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),oxygen desaturation index(ODI),the lowest SpO2(LSpO2) and the mean SpO2(MSpO2) between the two kinds of monitoring systems were statistically insignificant(P>0.05).Regarding PSG as golden standard,the sensitivity,specificity and the accuracy of PM was 100%,75%,and 97.14% respectively.Conclusion As a simple,convenient,sensitive detection method with high diagnostic value for OSAHS in adults,PM is worthy of clinical application.
