静高压作用下纯铝凝固过程温度场的数值模拟

摘    要:采用数值模拟的方法,研究了纯铝在静高压作用下凝固过程温度场的变化情况。首先建立了温度场的数学模型,根据压力与金属熔点的关系,将压力作用到凝固过程的温度场上。模拟结果表明:压力越大,纯Al开始凝固的时间越早;在凝固过程中,压力越大,对应的温度变化速度越快。

Abstract:Numerical simulation of temperature field during Al solidification process under static high pressure has been conducted.A mathematical model of temperature field was established,in which effects of pressure on temperature field during solidification process were considered based on the relationship between pressure and metal point.The simulated results show that the higher the pressure is,the earlier the initial solidification of the pure Al is.The temperature change is increased with the increase in pressure during solidification process.
