镁合金液态精密成型研究进展

摘    要:介绍了镁合金液态精密成型技术的研究进展,包括镁合金熔炼气体保护,熔体净化、细化,镁合金压铸、挤压铸造、消失模铸造和半固态加工的研究成果,展示了镁合金广阔的应用前景.最后,对镁合金液态精密成型技术的发展方向作了展望.

Abstract:Research progress on liquid precision forming of magnesium alloy is introduced, including the protective gas used in melting of magnesium alloy, the purification and grain refinement technology of magnesium alloy, dye casting, squeeze casting, lost foam casting and semisolid forming. Recent achievements in these fields are presented to show that magnesium alloy can be widely used in the future. Finally, the development of liquid precision forming techniques of magnesium alloy is presented.
