无偿献血者丙氨酸氨基转移酶单项检测阳性的能效评估

目的研究无偿献血者丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）检测单项阳性导致血液报废产生的血液浪费和经济损失。方法回顾性调查东莞市中心血站2006年12月至2007年12月无偿献血者因ALT单项检测阳性导致血液报废的经济付出和血液无效浪费情况,用经济学指标分析估算其产生的浪费状况。结果ALT单项检测阳性导致血液报废的近期和远期经济付出均很巨大,如果增大ALT的报废域值,可以明显减少经济损失和血液浪费,且不影响血液安全。结论ALT单项阳性导致的血液报废和经济损失巨大,适当提高ALT的报废域值,可以减少血液的无效报废,不影响血液的安全,可以节约血液资源。

Analytic evaluation of single ALT postive detection on blood donors
