摘    要:为寻求丙酸丁酯的绿色合成方法,以煤基活性炭负载Ce2(SO4)3催化合成丙酸丁酯,用正交实验法,考察醇酸比、催化剂用量和反应时间等3个因素对丙酸丁酯酯化率的影响,获得了最适宜合成条件:醇酸比1.4:1,催化剂用量0.6g,反应时间40min。此时,酯化率可达97%以上。结果表明:煤基性炭负载Ce2(SO4),对丙酸丁酯的合成具有较好的催化活性。

Abstract:In order to find a green route of butyl propionate, this paper studied the synthesis of butyl propionate catalyzed by Ce2 (SO4) 3 supported on coal based activated carbon, the factor of esterification reaction yield, such as ratio between alcohol and acid, weight of catalyst and reaction time by the method of orthogonal design. Obtain the best synthesis conditions: the molar ratio of 1.4 : 1, weight of catalyst of 0.6g, reaction time of 40min, The optimum condition showed the esterifieation reaction yield of over 97%. The results showed that Ce2 ( SO4) 3 supported on coal based activated carbon had a good catalytic activity for the synthesis of butyl propionate.
