摘    要:基于俄罗斯3万t/a溶液法丁基橡胶(IIR)聚合工艺,以液化天然气(LNG)释放冷能冷却乙烯来替代原有的制冷负荷,采用Aspen plus 11.1软件对提供冷量的流程进行了改进模拟。结果表明,以LNG作冷剂,可满足冷却物料和去除反应热的制冷所需负荷3 436 kW;改进后的冷却方式压缩功耗为1 545.7 kW,与原流程相比节省了2 346.3 kW,效率提高60.3%。

Abstract:Based on the Russia solution polymeri- zation process of 30 kt/a butyl rubber unit,the cool- ing medium ethylene was refrigerated by the cold en- ergy released from liquefied natural gas (LNG) to replace the original compression refrigeration load, and the software Aspen plus 11.1 was used to simu- late the improved refrigeration process. The results showed that LNG could supply enough cold energy of 3 436 kW for cooling materials and removing reaction heat,and the compression power consumption for the improved refrigeration mode were 1 545.7 kW, saving 2 346.3 kW power, and the compression efficien- cy increased by 60.3% compared with original process.
