双生磷酸酯钠盐对碳酸钙粉体的表面改性

摘    要:分别以自制的4种双生磷酸酯钠盐和硬脂酸钠为改性剂,在改性剂摩尔浓度为1 mol/L,反应温度为30~35℃,反应时间为6h,反应压力为0 01 MPa的优化条件下,采用湿法对碳酸钙表面进行改性.结果表明,与未改性碳酸钙相比,改性碳酸钙与液体石蜡混合体系黏度降低,表面吸水率和吸油量减小,分散性得到改善.

Abstract:The surface modification of calcium carbonate ultra-fine powders was studied by wet method with four kinds of sodium gemini phosphate self-synthesized and sodium stearate as modifing agent under the optimum conditions of the modifier molar concentration 1mol/L,reaction temperature 30-35℃,reaction time 6h,the reaction pressure 0.01MPa.The results showed that compared with unmodified ultra-fine powders,the viscosity of mixture of modified ultra-fine powders and liquid paraffin decreased,the water absorption and oil absorption on the surface of modified ultra-fine powders reduced.All these results showed the surface polarity of modified ultra-fine powders decreased,and the dispersibility of modified ultra-fine powders improved distinctly.
