摘    要:在羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)和吐温-80(Tween-80)存在下,以NaAc-HAc缓冲溶液为介质,水杨基荧光酮(SAF)为荧光试剂,建立了荧光猝灭法测定痕量锌的新方法。研究了缓冲溶液酸度和加入量、SAF用量、表面活性剂,试剂加入顺序对测定体系的影响,并确定了最佳实验条件。结果表明,于络合物的最大发射波长λem=532 nm处(最大激发波长λex= 370 nm),Zn2+含量在0.036~4.0 μg/25 mL范围内与荧光猝灭值ΔF呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限为1.42 μg/L。本方法已用于管网水中锌的测定,测得结果与其它方法测得值一致,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为0.42 %。

Abstract:A novel determination method of trace zinc by fluorescence quenching method was established in the presence of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) and Tween-80 in NaAc-HAc buffer solution and with salicyl fluorone (SAF) as fluorescence reagent. The effects of buffer solution pH and dosage, SAF dosage, surfactant and the addition order of reagents on determination system were investigated, and the optimal experimental conditions were obtained. The results showed that Zn2+ content in the range of 0.036-4.0 μg/25 mL showed good linearity with fluorescence quenching value (ΔF) at maximum emission wavelength (λem=532 nm) of complex (the maximum excitation wavelength was λex= 370 nm). Detection limit of this method was 1.42 μg/L. The proposed method had been applied to the determination of zinc in tap network water. The results were consistent with those obtained by other methods, and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=5) was 0.42 %.
