摘    要:运用文献研究方法对大型体育赛事文艺活动的政治功能,文化宣传功能与经济效益功能进行了分析,针对大冬会文艺活动市场化运作的问题提出了"政府支持、市场运作、企业投资"运行模式。

Abstract:The article analyzes the polity function,propaganda function and economy function of cultural activities in large-scale sports events with the method of documentary investigation. it suggests a running mode "government support, market run and corporation invest" for the marketization running problem of cultural activities in Harbin 2009 world university winter games.
