| Abstract: | Since the opening and reform,China has made great achievements in coal mine safety legislation,but there are still many barriers.It is an imperative task to improve the law-making activity and perfect the legal framework of coal mine safety with the direction of the scientific development concept,promoting the coal mine to get safer continuously. |
