| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹股沟疝无张力修补术的临床疗效。方法：自1999年8月至2003年8月。用聚丙烯为材料的网塞和补片行腹股沟疝无张力修补术55例，并进行临床观察和术后随访。结果：55例术者疗效满意，平均随访18个月无复发病例。结论：本手术简单、有效、复发率低，是一种值得推广的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:This study is to observe the clinical effect of non-tensive prosthesis on inguinal hernia.Method:55 patients with inguinal hernia was operated by non-tensive prosthesis with reticulum tampon and patch made with polypropylene. Clinical observation and follow-up was carried on from August,1999 to August,2003. Results:55 patients had good effect. There is no recurrent patient in 18-month follow-up.Conclusion:This method, with low relapse rate, is simple and effective operation for Inguinal hernia. |
