换流变压器阀侧套管故障分析

摘    要:换流变压器阀侧套管是换流变压器在质量上的一个薄弱环节。根据换流变压器阀侧套管的结构,对若干阀侧套管故障实例进行了分析,发现主要的原因是套管制造工艺的缺陷所致。建议对目前的交接规程和运行维护规程进行必要的修订,如增加SF6气体泄漏成像仪检测、进行SF6密度继电器校验以及SF6气体微水和纯度的在线监测等。

Abstract:Valveside bushing is the significant quality weak point of the converter transformers. According to the valveside bushing structure this paper analyzes several cases of the valveside bushing failures, resulting in a conclusion that the manufacturing process defects are the main reason for these failures. It is proposed to make the necessary amendments to the current transfer protocol, operation and maintenance procedures such as increasing imager detection to SF6 gas leak, calibrating the SF6 density monitor, and online monitoring the humidity and purity of SF6 gas.
