摘    要:较详细地介绍了一种图像轮廓的半自动提取算法:活动轮廓模型的原理与实现。在此基础上改进了训练集的构造方法,并将活动轮廓模型与Gaussian金字塔分层算法结合来进行多分辨率下轮廓提取,提高了分割速度与精度。最后应用其对X光胸腔正位片的肺部区域进行了分割实验,实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A semiautomatic method for medical image segmentation based on active shape model was introduced. In order to improve the segmentation speed and precision, a semiautomatic method was used to model the training set, and a Gaussian Pyramid of images with different resolutions was generated so that multi-resolution image search could be performed. Experiments and analysis show that this method can be used to segment the lung region of medical images and the results are quite better.
