| 摘 要： | 目的：研究毛茛科Ranunculaceae扁果草亚科Isopyroideae药用植物亲缘学。方法：对扁果草亚科植物形态、化学成分、药理作用及其疗效研究数据进行归纳分析,综合研究该亚科各属的形态、化学成分,并结合以往的系统分类结果,对该亚科内各属的系统发育和亲缘关系进行探讨。结果与结论：耧斗菜属Aquilegia主要含黄酮类化合物,扁果草属Isopyrum主要含苄基异喹啉生物碱类,分析了该类群植物之间的亲缘关系。化学分类证据支持扁果草亚科从唐松草亚科中分离出来,单独成立亚科的观点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the pharmaphylogenetic of medicinal plants of Isopyroideae (Ranunculaceae). Method: Comprehensively analyze the correlation between phylogeny,chemical constituents and pharmaceutical aspects of Isopyroideae plants,based on chemical,pharmaceutical (both ethnopharmacologic and pharmacological) information,linking with different plant systems of Ranunculaceae. Result: Plants from Aquilegia mainly contain flavonoids constituents while the major chemical constituents of Isopyrum are bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids. Chemical characteristics also support that this taxon should be separated from Thalictrodeae,and constituted an independent subfamily,namely,Isopyroideae. |
