| Abstract: | TResistances to rice stripe virus (RSV) of two parents, F1 individuals and 192 F2:3 lines derived from the cross of 99B/C224 were investigated by artificial inoculation of RSV in laboratory. Ratios of disease rating index were scored. QTLs for resistance to RSV were analyzed by QTL IciMapping software using the inclusive composite interval mapping method.
