| 摘 要： | 目的：对加味香砂六君子汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效进行分析。方法：将76例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组使用加味香砂六君子汤治疗，对照组口服霉素片，连续服用6个月，比较两组的疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为92．1％，对照组总有效率为65．8％，观察组的总有效率与对照组具有明显的统计学差异（P〈O．01）。结论：加味香砂六君子汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有很好的疗效。

A clinical analysis of treating 76 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze clinical efficacy of the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 76 patients were randomly divided into the observation and the control group, the observation group was given the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction, while the control group was given Doxycycline tablets, with 3 months of treatment, clinical effects were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group （92.1%） was significantly better than 65.8% in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction was confirmed. |
