萎胃复元汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

目的：探讨萎胃复元汤用于治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的，陆床疗效。方法：选取本院自2013年8月～2014年8月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例患者，将其随机分为对照组和实验组，实验组给予萎胃复元汤，对照组给予常规西药治疗，搜集数据比较两组疗效。结果：疗程结束后，经胃镜复查，实验组患者总有效率明显高于实验组，两者差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：本院自拟萎胃复元汤依照中医调补活血原理，对改善腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生和不典型增生有明显效果，值得在临床上推广。

Clinical study on treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by Weiwei Fuyuan decoction

Objective： To investigate the WeiweiFuyuandecoction for clinical curative effect in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 80 patients in our hospital from 2013 August to 2014 August were chronic atrophic gastritis patients, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, experimental group was given the WeiweiFuyuandecoction, control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the collection of data and comparison of two groups. Results： after the treatment, through gastroscope, patients in the experimental group was better than that in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the hospital self-made weiweifuyuantang in accordance with traditional Chinese medicine tonifying blood circulation principle, to improve the gland atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia have obvious effect, worthy of clinical popularization.
