| Abstract: | There is much evidence left after the roaci traffic accidents happen. In order to determine a verdict clearly and correctly with full evidence support and to conform to the legal provision, it's necessary to identify and distinguish the evidence from the scene sketch, scene photography, record of scene investigation, technical appraisement and analysis of the driver in additional to the scientific and legal methods to collect evidence. |
