| 摘 要： | 在分析总结国内外多个案例基础上,比较和借鉴新型社区管理模式的实践经验,对社区管理的多种新型模式做了归纳,指出现有社区管理模式中存在的体制、运行机制和法制上的问题,提出了完善中国新型社区管理模式的对策。
