| 摘 要： | 泊沙康唑为第二代三唑类抗真菌药，具有抗菌谱广、抗真菌活性强、安全性耐受性高、相较其他唑类抗真菌药更具成本-效益等优势，在预防侵袭性曲霉菌和念珠菌感染方面占有重要地位，但该药药动学过程具有较大个体差异，并且其血药浓度受到药物、患者、食物等多种因素影响，导致无法达到预防或治疗效果。本文旨在对影响泊沙康唑血药浓度的因素进行综述，为该药在临床应用中的安全性和有效性提供参考。

| Abstract: | As a second-generation triazole antifungal drug,posaconazole offers the advantages of broad antibacterial spectrum,strong antifungal activity,greater safety and higher tolerance.It is more cost-effective than other azole antifungals.It plays an important role in preventing invasive aspergillus and candida infections.However,its pharmacokinetic has large intindividual variation.Its plasma concentration is affected by many factors,such as drug,patient and diet,etc.Such a variability makes it impossible to reach prophylactzic or therapeutic effect.This review summarized the influencing factors for plasma concentration so as to improve the safety and effectiveness of posaconazole in clinical applications. |
