SiCf/SiC与MX246A钎焊接头界面组织及性能分析

摘    要:利用Ti,Hf的反应活性配制的高温活性钎料,对SiCf/SiC复合材料与MX246A高温合金进行了高温钎焊,并实现两者高强度钎焊连接,分析了接头界面微观组织、物相组成与力学性能. 结果表明,(SiCf/SiC)/MX246A钎焊接头界面中有Ni2Si,NiTi,TiC,NiAl,Ni31Si12等产物生成,其结构可以表示为:(SiCf/SiC)/TiC + NiTi + Ni2Si + Ni31Si12 + (Ni, Cr) + (Cr, W) + (W, Mo)/MX246A. 在室温及1 000℃下,钎焊接头抗剪强度均达到70 MPa以上,接头断裂于复合材料侧. 在1 270 ℃保温15 min条件下,(SiCf/SiC)/MX246A钎焊接头1 000 ℃的平均抗剪强度可达到90 MPa.

Analysis on the interface microsctruture and property of SiCf/SiCand MX246A brazing joint

Abstract:The brazing of SiCf/SiC and MX246A using high temperature active solider with Ti and Hf to make high quality connection was carried out. The microstructure, phases and mechanical property was analyzed. The results showed that there were compounds as Ni2Si, NiTi, TiC, NiAl, Ni31Si12 formed in the interface and the phases consists of (SiCf/SiC)/MX246A joints was (SiCf/SiC)/TiC + NiTi + Ni2Si + Ni31Si12 + (Ni, Cr) + (Cr, W) + (W, Mo)/MX246A and the shear strength of the joint was up to 90 MPa.
