精密铸造生产线实时监测系统的设计与实现

本文针对某铸造车间先进的精密铸造生产线上存在的不能实时监测现场生产情况的问题,开发了一套嵌入式实时监测系统。采用SOC型单片机C8051F022实现现场数据的实时采集,并与工业以太网控制芯片CP2200结合实现了标准的以太网接口。根据不同的监测需求采用了RS485、RS232、Ethernet三种通信方式分别实现了现场LED大屏幕的显示,上位机VB监控界面的显示及对单片机的控制,单片机作为Web服务器与网络上客户机的通信从而达到了网络远程监视与控制的目的。

Design and realization of real-time monitoring system on product line of exact foundry

This paper introduces an embedded monitoring system in order to resolve the problem that one foundry can't monitor the status of producing on its advanced exact product lines .It not only realizes Real-time information acquisition of the product lines by using of the single-chip of C8051F022,but also achieves the standard interface of ethernet network working together with Single-chip Ethernet Controller of CP2200. According to several different need of monitoring, the embedded system makes three methods of communication about RS485, RS232 and Ethernet together in order to realize the following functions:Real-time displaying of the big LED screens on the product line, communicating with VB 6.0 monitoring program in PC to carry out displaying and controlling about single-chip, and then making single-chip work as a web server so that client user can supervise the status of product lines via network. So far using the system in the foundry, it has made the production and management great progress.
