农民教育功能的缺失与回归

农民教育是我国农村教育的重要组成部分，是建设社会主义新农村的客观需要。但长期以来，农民教育没有受到足够的重视，从而导致农民教育功能缺失，以致其应有作用没能充分发挥出来。因此，进一步探讨农民教育发展过程中所面临的问题，深化对农民教育功能的认识，提出相应的矫正农民教育功能缺失之策略，对促进农民教育回9-J正确轨道，发挥农民教育的认识、经济、政治、文化及教育普及功能，促进农村社会的发展具有重要意义。

The Lack and Regression of the Farmer Education

The farmer education is an important part of China＇s rural education, and the objec- tive needs of building a new socialist countryside. However, it has not been given sufficient atten- tion for a long time, resulting in the lack of the farmer education＇s function, so that its due role was not able to bring into full play. Therefore, further exploring the problems which are faced in the process of the farmer education development, deepening the understanding of the function of farm- er education, and proposing the appropriate corrective strategy about farmer education＇s deficits are of great significance to bring the farmer education back to the right track, play the cognitive, eco- nomic, political, cultural and universal function of the farmer education, and promote the develop- ment of rural society.
