大型现浇钢筋混凝土U型渡槽施工技术

摘    要:禹门口提水工程干渠上的十几座大型钢筋混凝土渡槽采用现浇混凝土施工方案。经过十几座渡槽的施工及通水检验,证明现浇施工技术与工艺已经成熟。本文就施工中遇到的高大排架外形与垂直度控制、槽身模板制做与固定、模具的空中支撑、运输与入仓办法等做以简单介绍。

Abstract:The cast-in-situ concrete construction technique is successfully applied in over ten large U-typed reinforced concrete flumes of main canal of Yumenkou water lifting project.The experiences in control of configuration and verticality of bents(the height of the highest bent is 32m),fabrication and fixing of the forms of flume body (the weight of flume body of the largest single-span is 75t),aerial supporting work of the mould,and transportation and placing of concrete are given in this paper.
