| 摘 要： | 理论和实证研究表明,用户接受度是影响电子政务是否取得绩效的关键因素之一.本文整合运用Citespace和VOSviewer对电子政务接受度的英文文献开展了可视化分析.分析结果表明,当前的研究方向与热点在于利用技术接受模型和问卷调查数据开展经验研究,并在每一个具体的电子政务应用场景中确定影响用户接受度的因素.

| Abstract: | The theoretical and empirical studies demonstrate that user acceptance is one of the most important factors which affect the performance of E-government.By the use of Citespace and VOSviewer, the study made a visualization analysis of English literatures of user acceptance in E-government.The result indicated that the current research trends and hotspots are to take empirical studies by using TAM and questionnaire and to confirm the important factors which affect use acceptance in each E-government study. |
