酸法提取鱼腥草多糖工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选酸法提取鱼腥草多糖最佳工艺。方法:以多糖得率、多糖含量为指标成分,采用正交试验对酸法提取鱼腥草多糖的工艺进行优选。结果:优化工艺为:60℃,PH=3、温浸3次,每次3h。多糖得率及含量分别为18.30%,15.00%。结论:该工艺合理,多糖成分提取完全。

Study on the Extraction of Polysaccharides from Houttuynia Cordatawith Acid Solution

Abstract:Objective: To establish the optimum preparative procedure of polysaccharide from Houttuynia cordata with acid solution. Methods: The optimum conditions of extraction process of polysaccharide from Houttuynia cordata was selected with the yield and polysaccharides content as mark by orthogonal experimental design. Results. The optimum preparative procedure was as follow: The Houttuynia cordata was extracted at temperature of 60℃ , 3 times, 3 hours per time and with add solution of PH 3. The polysaccharides yield and content were 18.30%, 15.00%. Conclusion: The optimum preparative procedure is simple, quickly and high efficient.
