高性能MH/Ni电池正极助剂研究

摘    要:采用一种全新的方法,制备了一种表面部分氧化的氧化钴催化剂作为添加剂,用于发泡式氢镍(MH/Ni)电池镍正极,可使正极活性物质利用率提高至95%以上,大电流充放性能得到改善,电池循环充放寿命延长。作者系统研究了制备条件、添加量、氧化度、正负极配比对氢镍(MH/Ni)电池的容量,循环充放寿命,大电流放电性能的影响。

A Study on High Performance Nickel Positive Electrode in Nickel-Metal Hydride Battery

Abstract:A new kind of cobalt monoxide powder covered with a layer of high - valence cobalt oxide was prepared by a new method and used as catalyst in nickel positive electrode for nickel-metal hydride battery. It was found that the effectiveness of nickel hydroxide has been increased to up 95%,the large current charging -discharging performance has been improved and the cycling life of the cell has been increased. The relationship between the performance of the cell and the preparation conditions,amount of the cobalt powder surface oxidation ratio of positive electrode and negative electrode has been studied.
