| 摘 要： | 立法听证是一种重要的民主立法形式.我国把立法听证纳入地方立法程序,于促进我国的民主化进程具有非常重要的意义.但由于地方立法听证制度在我国实践的时间短,存在着许多不足.这就严重影响了我国地方立法听证的发展,进而影响着地方立法的民主化.针对其存在的问题,本文提出了相关制度建议.

| Abstract: | Legislative hearing is an important form of democratic legislation.To bring the hearing into the local legislation has a great significance in promoting our country's democracy.But because the local legislative hearing has a short practicing period of time,it has a lot of shortcomings which seriously influence the development of our country's local legislative hearing,thus influencing the democracy of the local legislation.Aiming at these shortcomings,this paper offers some suggestions about the system. |
